Chris Saiz Point the Way Foundation

The Cinco Ranch High School Boys Varsity Basketball and Varsity Boys and Girls Golf Teams presented a $2,500 check to the Chris Saiz Point the Way Foundation.  Accepting the check on behalf of the Foundation was Michael Saiz.  The Foundation was set up in memory of Chris Saiz, a junior Varsity basketball team member at Cinco Ranch High School who was killed recently in an automobile accident.  The Chris Saiz Point the Way Foundation’s purpose and mission is to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors seeking a college education, but lacking the financial resources necessary to pursue their goals. The boys basketball team members pictured are Jaylen Hunter, Justin McGee, Tony Norris, Zach Gunder, Jon Dent, Noah Dunsmore, Travis Terry, James Sutjianto, Ben Sonnefeld, Markus Anderson, Andrew Taulton, Omar El Diraoui, Malik Amos, Johnathon Chandler, Conner Pruitt, Nathan Amos, James Butler, Montrel Smith, Garrett Wilson, Kyle Douglas and Marsherria Wilson. The golfers include Abby Newton, Dylan Reynolds, Taylor Engel, Nick Brown, Kyle Pettit, Matt McClung, Alec Keiser, Kyle Rogers, Dane Fredrickson, Michael Cotton, Michael Chittwood, J.D. Kiesewetter, Tommy McLaughlin, Kyle Engel, Ben Nauman and the girls in pink are Kennedy Ishee, Morgan Galloway, Megan Webster, Anna Larsen, Sarah Yi, and Elena Hubbard.
